Die “Association de la Colonne Sans Fin en Chocolate, même” mit Sitz in Basel (Schweiz) ist eine spartenübergreifende internationale Vereinigung, die bereits oder zukünftig existierende Kunstwerke (oder Ideen von Kunstwerken) aktiviert, sie in die Gegenwart überführt, ihre zeitgenössische Relevanz überprüft, sie modifiziert und vervielfältigt.

Die Association arbeitet in kollektiver Autor:innenschaft.

Bei der Aufführung der in diesem Sinne aktivierten, erweiterten und/oder neu geschaffenen Kunstwerke strebt die Association an, die Integrität der ursprünglichen Kunstwerke zu bewahren, deren Wirkung jedoch gleichzeitig zu vervielfachen.

Im Einvernehmen mit der Urheberschaft der ursprünglichen Kunstwerke strebt die Association dabei für die Kunstwerke, die neu im Bezug auf die ursprünglichen Kunstwerke aufgeführt werden, den juristischen Status als “Kunstwerk zweiter Hand” an.

Die Association ist sich bewusst, dass die Struktur globalisierter Produktionskreisläufe bis heute überwiegend zum Vorteil derjenigen geschieht, die über die globalisierten Strukturen verfügen.

In konkreten und beispielhaften Projekten durchläuft die Association die internationalen Zusammenhänge von Produktionskreisläufen, versucht sie zu verstehen und weiterzuentwickeln.

Die Association strebt eine ausgeglichene globale kulturelle und ökonomische Teilhabe und einen nachhaltigen Umgang mit Ressourcen an.

Die Aktivitäten der Association sind nicht gewinnorientiert.

„Association de la Colonne Sans Fin en Chocolate, même“, cu sediul în Basel (Elvetia), este o asociatie internatională transdisciplinară care activează opere de artă (sau idei de opere de artă) existente sau viitoare, le transferă în prezent, le examinează relevanta contemporană, le modifică și le reproduce.

Asociatia lucrează în regim de autorie colectivă.

Atunci când interpretează operele de artă activate, extinse și/sau nou create în acest mod, Asociatia se străduiește să păstreze integritatea operelor de artă originale și, în același timp, să le multiplice impactul.

În acord cu paternitatea operelor de artă originale, Asociatia se străduiește să obtină statutul juridic de „operă de artă de mâna a doua“ pentru operele de artă care sunt nou listate în raport cu operele de artă originale.

Asociatia este conștientă de faptul că structura ciclurilor de productie globalizate este încă predominant în avantajul celor care au la dispozitie structurile globalizate.

În cadrul unor proiecte concrete și exemplare, asociatia analizează conexiunile internationale ale ciclurilor de productie, încearcă să le înteleagă și să le dezvolte în continuare.

Asociatia depune eforturi pentru o participare culturală și economică globală echilibrată și pentru o utilizare durabilă a resurselor.

The „Association de la Colonne Sans Fin en Chocolate, même“, based in Basel (Switzerland), is a cross-disciplinary international association that activates existing or future artworks (or ideas of artworks), transfers them to the present, examines their contemporary relevance, modifies and reproduces them.

The Association works in collective authorship.

In performing the artworks activated, expanded and/or newly created in this sense, the Association strives to preserve the integrity of the original artworks while multiplying their impact.

In agreement with the authorship of the original artworks, the Association thereby seeks legal status as a „second-hand work of art“ for the artworks that are newly listed in relation to the original artworks.

The Association is aware that the structure of globalised production cycles is still predominantly to the advantage of those who have the globalised structures at their disposal.

In concrete and exemplary projects, the Association goes through the international connections of production cycles, tries to understand them and develop them further.

In its projects, the Association strives for a balanced global cultural and economic participation and a sustainable use of resources.

The Association‘s activities are not profit-oriented.

L‘“Association de la Colonne Sans Fin en Chocolat, même“, basée à Bâle (Suisse), est une association internationale pluridisciplinaire qui active des œuvres d‘art (ou des idées d‘œuvres d‘art) déjà existantes ou à venir, les transpose dans le présent, vérifie leur pertinence contemporaine, les modifie et les reproduit.

L‘Association travaille en tant qu‘auteur collectif.

Lors de la présentation des œuvres d‘art activées, étendues et/ou nouvellement créées dans ce sens, l‘Association s‘efforce de préserver l‘intégrité des œuvres d‘art originales, tout en multipliant leur impact.

En accord avec les auteurs des œuvres d‘art originales, l‘Association s‘efforce d‘obtenir le statut juridique d‘“œuvre d‘art de seconde main“ pour les œuvres d‘art nouvellement répertoriées par rapport aux œuvres d‘art originales.

L‘Association est consciente que la structure des circuits de production mondialisés se fait jusqu‘à présent principalement au profit de ceux qui disposent de ces structures mondialisées.

Par le biais de projets concrets et exemplaires, l‘Association parcourt les interactions internationales des circuits de production, tente de les comprendre et de les faire évoluer.

Dans ses projets, l‘Association vise une participation culturelle et économique globale équilibrée et une utilisation durable des ressources.

Les activités de l‘Association ne sont pas à but lucratif.
